I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was right next to a fantastic pub. It was really convenient to be able to grab a drink and a meal without having to travel far. The staff were also very helpful, providing all the necessary information over the phone. The view from the room was lovely, and the rooms themselves were comfortable and had everything I needed.

We had a great time with amazing views and a comfortable room. the position was ideal, close to Mt Buller and with a pub next door, which made it very convenient for dinner. the room was very clean and well maintained. the location is breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The mattress was too firm for our taste, it would have been nicer if it was softer. there was no shampoo and conditioner, which we didn't expect for the price we paid.

The location of the hotel was perfect! We were only a short drive away from the slopes and also close to local shops. The room was clean and cosy with a heater that warmed us up after a long day out in the cold. We appreciated the kitchenette which allowed us to cook and heat up our own food. The view from the window was incredible - we could see horses grazing in the paddock with the mountains in the background.

We found it quite challenging to find our room as there were no clear directions provided. the pillows were quite flat so we wished we had brought our own.
